Your house if you own it, or have a lot of equity in it. However, NC is a tenants by entirety state, so if you own a house with your husband, not friend or boyfriend, must be husband, and the debt is individual debt, then the house is protected.
Also, they can seize your bank account/accounts.
BUT, they can't touch anything unless they get a judgment first.
