As for being sued I doubt it. I live in Alabama and all the CA's on my accounts are out of state and have NO intention of spending the time and money to sue here.

Think about it.... $5000 at 5% is 250!!!!! That's the disparity of what they pay vs. what they want.

Now 5000 might be worth it but $250 for a case the CA has to prove......NOPE...Not worth it.
