I need help. From everyhting I have been reading from you great folks on this site, I am in deep, deep trouble. The more I look at things, the more I think bankruptcy is going to be my only option. I make around 2500.00 a month, have no savings, and own nothing, but over the years have managed to rack up over 25,000.00 in debt (without the student loans). I have been juggling this quite successfully for years now, but Wolpoff and Abramson is probably going to sue me and I feel like throwing up. It's gotten to the point that $20 seems like a hell of a lot of money. What does bankruptcy cost? I am in MN. I just don't know if I can afford it but I also can't afford payments on these debts either. Is it public in anyway, can people find out about it unless they search for it?
