which date is right?

On one of my OC entries on equifax, it gives DOLA as 3/2001. But on the little calendar thing below showing the activity for past 24 months, it shows June, 2001 as paid, July as 30 days, Aug as paid, Sept 30, Oct 60, Nov 90, and the from Dec on it's 120. So accoring to that, the DOLA would be Aug, 2001 not March. Do I trust the DOLA the report has listed or go according to the little calendar?
