Whychat or JKelly?

I live in Texas and I have had a credit card sue me, I have used this site and answered the suit, and intend on defending myself, (by the way it is within SOL), my question is if they get the judgment, can they garnish my husbands wages, I don't work, and can they freeze my husbands checking account, my name is not on it!! The lawsuit is in my name only.
