Need help with SOL letter

I have posted before regarding a car repo (in jan 05 it will be 7yrs ago) it was on my hubby and his dad co-signed for him which there is an attorney trying to collect this from my father in law. There Law offices of Richard D Seierstad Esq. P.O. Box 570 Sauk rapids Mn. Now the car repo was in Oklahoma which my father in law still lives. (there sending it to his house in Ok) How do I find out the state statue? I know this is past sol in both states (we live in Az now). I want to send them the sol letter (they so far have not threatened to sue) but I still want them to stop sending my father in law letters. We get letters from Calvery investments which I have ignored so far. They haven't sent us anything in months. Can any one help me with the sol letter? Do I put my father in laws name on it or my DH? And which state statue do I use. I am guessing Oklahoma? And how do I find the Statue # any help would be greatly appricated.
