If you stopped paying in July of 03, then it is charged off already. Still within SOL though. Why do you think it is still with the OC? I would be very very careful about ageeing to anything. We really need to wait for Why Chat. I know the basic stuff, but I can only guess here, and I don't want to do that. Why Chat will answer. He will be able to give you positive and correct info, and that is what you need. I THINK you're husband's account and your children's savings accunts are safe.
