The only person who has access to my kids account is my husband, I am not on it and never have been. I sent the validation letter after i received the summon, which was before I found this site, at the advice of the Debt settlement company I was working with, which I have fired since I found this site, but it was too little too late. I wish I had found this site sooner and would have never used the debt settlement company. Thanks to this site though, I did not get a default judgment. What do you think about the letter the lawyer sent to me about an agreed judgment. Do I have to many assests??
