Thanks LadynRed. My last payment to MBNA was 5/04. Didn't pay them in 4/04, so would this be first delinquency prior to charge-off. Sorry to appear dense, but I find term "first delinquency" confusing. Is that the one closest to charge-off date or the first in the 180-day period leading to charge-off, or the first one in the history of the account. Most recent setback began 5/03. Made way below minimum payments 5/03 - 9/03, then started new MBNA program at lower interest rate but ineligible to reage, so past due stayed. Unfortunately could only maintain full payments 10/03 - 1/04. Missed 2/04, paid 3/04, missed 4/04, paid 5/04.

MBNA didn't send notification of charge-off. Will try to get CR to check.
