Normally, we need to find out what state you're in. BUT if the debt is 15 years old it is beyond the SOL which means the CA is SOL (pun intended). You need to send a CRRR SOL letter from this site to the CA and hang on to the green card for your records. You might want to send a cease and desist letter as well. If they continue to harass you, file a complaint with the FTC,your state AG's office and sue the suckers for violation of the FDCPA. They probably think that they'll intimidate and harass you until you will pay.....don't talk to them by phone, either.
