Your reporting obsolescence period starts from the MANDATED reported date of your fist delinquency. The Month following your last payment to the ORIGINAL creditor, (who is required under the FCRA to report that date)is the start.

Any payment to any CA or even to the ORIGINAL creditor after chargeoff DOES NOT re-start ANY SOL.

Opt Out, this will prevent illegal re-aging by CA's (like TROLL Gary) on your report.

Dispute any accounts at or over the first date of delinquency as "obsolete" dispute any illegally reaged accounts as "FRAUDULENTLY REAGED"
