I do not agree- Lady, if the NON obligated spouse has a seperate bank account, those funds can NOT usually be touched.

Community property laws against a spouse's seperate accounts are only assailable if there is a divorce , or, occasionally in a BK or Judgment if there is a proveable claim of fraudulently hiding assets.
