How long does it take Wolpoff and Abramson to hire a local attorney to sue you after you lose arbitration? I have sent a refusal of arbitration letter to them and NAF but I don't think that stops them. I have pretty much decided to file for bankruptcy but need to save up about 1,000 to hire an attorney before I can. The ones I have talked to require the money up front. I need a couple of months to get the money, do I have time before W&A gets to me?
