Don't ever, ever use these people! I was stupid enough to contact one of them after the collection calls got to be too much to handle and even signed on for their services. They were very sweet and kind on the phone and wanted to "help" me in anyway possible. They first said they needed $399.00 to open my account and when I replied that was kind of high, the person on the phone talked to the "manager" and was able to get that down to $299.00 and they could take it in two installments! I agreed because I was told that by working with them I could stop paying on the accounts immediately and not worry about it anymore.

What I failed to realize (because I used to actually trust people) is that they do NOTHING until they get the full $299.00 and the accounts I could stop paying on went to a CA in the meantime. The CA refused to work with them, unlike the OC, but the debt people failed to tell me that.

It is now eight months later, and these scum bags have 1500.00 of my money and the CA is threatening to sue me. I have called them nearly every day , but apparently all of the sudden (now that they know I am on to them) the "negoiator" does not talk to clients. He is too busy "working" with the CA on my behalf.

WHAT A JOKE!!!!!!!
