maybe i should explain alittle more. when i was 18, which was 8 years ago i bought a vehicle. in early 97 i let the loan go. march of this year the bank turned me over to collection, and claimed they put a judgement out on me in 98. i don't know what the laws are for wisconsin or how the credit agencies work.
