thankyou i will. sometimes ya get so sick of that phone ringing i pick it up with yelling intentions in mind. i forgot to note the SOL here is 5 years,(KS) but i am not exactly sure of when that starts. i read some posts that say 30 days from the 1st delinquency and i have read elsewhere from the last activity, or from the charge off date etc etc. I am thinking its at or beyond its SOL. theres a few others that are probably within the SOL but close to the end of it. I think that could be why they are hounding so bad right now too is that they are sooo close but i need my cr rpt to be sure right?
