Not sure if those are legit or not, but I just wanted to put my 2cents in here. If you are thinking about doing it yourself, at least have a consult with a BK lawyer first. Of course you don't tell them you are going to file yourself. You just need to get some guided advice as to what you can keep excempt wise and stuff. I would have loved to save the $910 I paid to the lawyer ($210 filing fee and rest to lawyer) but I also know that I didn't have to do anything except show up to court and provide documents that were needed. I would seek advice of people that did it themselves before you decide to do this. Do your homework first. Sorry if this is what you wanted, but I felt I needed to say it. Good luck to you!!!
