Yes, hubby and I filed BK7 in May, just had our 341 meeting. When the lawyer filled out the sheet for our income, he listed our mortg., utilities, including cell phones and cable as well as grocery amount, childcare, charities, etc... Everything you can think of. Extraciricular activities,yadayadayyada...EVERYTHING!!!!! The courts give you that stuff as a necessity. If you were paying for something like rent on the lake for your boat, then you would have a problem. Basically what they are looking for is that you have the means to survive a normal life without all the CC bills. Any more ?? let me know :)
