Since you have been through this, maybe you can explain this for me. When we talk about disposable income, does that mean before bankruptcy or after? I am so confused by all of this. I will have disposable income if the bankruptcy goes through but I will continue to be in the hole every single month if it doesn't. Do you know what I mean? Does this disposable income mean that once bankruptcy is over, I should still barely have anything? I'm going to be honest about numbers here. With my current bills and all the stuff I have to pay, I have about $300 for the month to buy food, clothes, and pay for activities for my kids. I get paid monthly and during a typical month, we live on less than $35 for that last week and that's for food. God forbid my car should need gas, because I don't have the money for it. If bankruptcy goes through I will have about 900 to pay for food, clothes, and the "extra stuff". I pay, right now, $859 a month in credit card bills and most of them are still past due because I can't pay the minimum and late fees add up. That is not counting the 13K I owe W&A on the MBNA accounts. Sorry for the length, but if I were to go through BK and ended up having some money left over each month, does that mean it won't go through?
