(statements are fine)

*last years tax return (a copy)

*last paycheck stub

* if you rent out property you need to have something with that

* an idea of how much your house is worth
(if you have one)

*If you go to court, you need your DL, SS card and the last years tax return (again a copy)

Also be prepared to list what you spend your money on. Phone, groceries, extra's, etc...
