It depends on individual circumstances.
If you have disputed before and requested validation and are within SOL and if your credit report indicates you have assailable assets or are shopping for a new mortgage and they have ALL the neccessary documentation to file a REAL claim with REAL proof of your debt, then they will likely file suit, if not,they will likely back off, turn it over to another bottom feeder CA and leave you alone.
