have a credit report ? can anyone help

I pulled my husbands and my transunion reports yesterday and they have our current address, but are also reporting and address we have never lived at as a previous, should I do anything about this? Also there is and account with Direct Merchants Bank it had charged off and went to collections, I paid if off and on my credit report it shows as paid, but on my husbands credit report, he was just and authorized user, it never even shows to have charged off still shows 120 days, and doesn't show as paid. What do i need to do to fix this to show as paid? Thanks
