I am kind of new to this site and have been reading alot. Here's a question for someone who knows about bankruptcy. I have been figuring everything out and after expenses without the CC debt, I have disposable income of $159. When I figure in the CC debt (only paying the minimum) I have disposable income of - $312. I'm a good canidate for bankruptcy right?
