? about bank accounts and judgements - WhyChat

I went to the bank today to check on who is primary for the checking account, me or dh. They said there is no primary... it's an "and/or" joint account. So in the case of a judgement (I'm in FL), what can they do with our money? Now mind you, I haven't had a judgement but I have gotten a letter and call from Hayt, Hayt and Landau regarding a charge off that is still within SOL until next March. I'm just trying to cover myself, just in case.
