Call the courthouse and ask if there's a judgment against you. If there is, that's where you need to start. You may have to contact the peeps who got it and make them vacate it, or if it was an error of the court clerk, make the court correct it.

If there's not a judgment, then you dispute to the credit bureaus as "not mine, please delete."
