If the judgement has been executed by the court, the SOL doesn't really have any affect on the judgement. You need to pull your credit report then you need to contact the court to make sure there is actually a page number and case number. In alot of states, judgements are good for 10 years and are also renewable. Chances are they have done an assest check and see where you've had a windfall and are holding out for the big bucks. Since you live in NY and the condo is in FL, they could possibly place a lien on the condo since it is not your primary residence and it would likely be exempt from the homestead exemption...just my guess.
