Her FICO score will drop and she will certainly have trouble obtaining new credit. The finance company will sell her vehicle and she will be responsible for any amount due to them. Example: She owes $10,000. They sell it for $6,000. She will still owe $4,000. She can expect letters, phone calls, and someday, even a lawsuit.
