All the material on this and similar credit related forms deals with the laws and statutes (and SOL) relating to CREDIT and DEBT issues. Your judgment is in a completely different ballgame.

I have NO idea what the SOL, if any is for a tort judgment in Alaska, most likely, if it is like most other States, it is forever.

How DID you get to keep your license in Alaska all these years??
