I got 2 awards against me from W & A. I was in a position to settle with them. I hired a lawyer, he got a few adjournments and finally a conference with the judge. But when Cohen & Slamowitz sent an information subpeona to my job asking for financial info, and stating I had a judgement against me(which I didn't), that was the last straw. I had to file Chap 13 to protect the equity in my house. Cohen & Slamowitz are the local attorneys hired by W & A to turn the awards into judgements.
