Hellio de la Torre, who according to the article, collects assessments for Homownerd AssXXXXions, can go straight to Hellio.

Crucial point, one missed by many. Homownerd assoxxxxtions are terrifying residents, threatening foreclosure for nonpayment of extortionate, fraudulent, utterly nonsensical 'assessments', which usually wind up in the assxxxxxtion president's nose, in form of white powder. Right, Hughie? I digress.

Now, Florida Constitution, not law, Constitution, forbids taking one's home, for dues owed some worthless scumbag rule-crazy, inadequate, power freak, psychotically controlling, homownerd assxxxxtion. Only power-freaks, insecure, impotent, emotionally stunted, socially stunted, nitwit-bullies want to be officers in homownerd assxxxxtions.

My home has a 'voluntary' homownerd assxxxtion, with no assessment powers. The members, a minority of residents, are mostly old line Communists from the 1930's, guilty of too much gin and insufficient bathing. They tried some petty torments against this wretched scribe, years ago. For some reason, now they're scared to mess with me. All I did was send CRRS letters. What, do they mistake me for Hannibal Lecter?

Florida Constitution allows one's home to be taken for back taxes, mortgage default, and contractor's liens. That's it. Homownerd Assxxxtions have been getting away with murder on this one, a good case to watch.

Watchfully,

Keyser Soze
