Well- yes and no.
In MANY States, "services" are included in their UCC statutes, but
apparently not in ALL States.

I apologized on creditboards for the ASSumption I had made about this
subject. It is safe enough to use the 4 year SOL in those States where
an open account is 4 years or less, in the longer SOL States, unless it
is specifically addressed in their UCC I would be careful.

NY is 6 years, and I believe there ae some other States with 5-6 year
SOLS for ANY services, including medical.
