Sounds like they split your report, which they often do when you change names. Your old accounts are probably on the report with your old name and address. Give them a call at the customer support number listed on your credit report, and tell them that you think your credit file may have been split. Persist until you get someone who knows how to fix it.

It's impossible to dispute accounts that don't show up on your credit report.
