I would say NO. If they are bothering you at work, MAYBE a limited cease and desist. Personally, I recommend IGNORING CAs. Don't talk to them. You don't want to piss them off, you don't want to give them updated info. You don't need the stress their lies cause. I would say that if you ignore them, they are likely to go away. The worst they can do is sue you, so be prepared for that. Hope for the best, be prepared for the worst. Protect your assets however you can.
