this mortgage co. is giving us a great rate and terms to refinance and they said the worst case scenario is they cut a check to midland give it to us we hold it til we clear it up and off the report and they re issue the check to us.
i threatened today to take my business elsewhere and they are "seeing what they can do"........
My husband thinks i am crazy because it is a small amount of money but to me its the point i dont want to pay a CA.
