HELP

LOOKING FOR ANYONE WHO HAS MORTGAGE WITH PCFS

Dispute Against Provident Bank and PCFS Mortgage

Send your payments certified mail so you have a receipt so you know the date they received it. If your payment is showing over 30 days late you will receive a certified letter with a date that court action will be enforced should you not bring the account current. Wrongful foreclosure

This has been going on for over two years for me I did have an attorney who also did not receive a response for PCFS- which I could no longer afford - stated he would need a large retainer and thousands of dollars to continue with PCFS charade. They have completely turned my life upside down.

First - I have never missed or made a late payment since the day I bought my house.
I had left a very well paying job to once my business was busy enough to allow me to. I had planned this for a long time and had anticipated getting a bit of equity out of my house in July of 2003 to put into my business and buy product... Due to the errors pcfs had made with 10 thousand in forced insurance, late payments, increased payments , property taxes, foreclosure notices, showing 2 months behind on payment and ruined my credit - which I dispute every month with TRW and each time they contact PCFS I receive another letter stating based on there findings after contacting PCFS that the information was accurately reported. I still have not been able to refinance my house and get equity which meant I could not grow my business as planned - the money I did have in savings I used to pay attorney fees and actually ended up paying the forced insurance and the payments they said I had missed doing hoping to clear it up and eventually get a refund back -

They promised over and over they would fix it and make sure it was taken care with TRW to fix the negative on my credit.

As of today, I have 300 thousand dollars in equity I cant get unless I sell - my business savings is gone and paying all the extras to them was unable to keep up with my other credit cards and now my credit is completely ruined - I cant not get the refinance - I have spent hundreds of hour in time on phone calls, letters, emails even built a website - and nothing has been done.

PCFS is a subsidiary of Provident Bank if you have an escrow account they do not handle it - it is a third party company they hired to take care of it - they do not talk to each other.

If you could send me as much information as you can itemized on you dealings with PCFS I have been in contact with the attorney general and am hoping it will come to a Class action lawsuit.

Emotionally I feel they have ruined my life.

If this just started with them for you and you are making the payments on time
Something may be able to be done - its been a long 2 years and unfortunately I ran out of time and am putting my house up for sale by the end of august. I just got declined again for a refinance and the longer it took the worse my credit got -
Not to mention after paying for the appraiser 5 times on empty promises - I just cant do it again.

Do yourself a favor and refinance your house right away -
Once they ruin your credit - it is difficult to get away from them to get another lender.

SEND A COMPLAINT LETTER TO THE ATTORNEY GENERAL - THEY ARE THE ONLY ONES THAT CAN HELP - THEY WILL START AN INVESTIGATION AND THEY ARE ABLE TO TAKE CLASS ACTION LAW SUIT TO FEDERAL AND STATE COURT.

Even without my house – I do not want to let them get away with this – its not right and there are many home owners having this problem and something needs to be done . I want them to pay the full amount for my house - and I feel they owe me much more than that.
