You can NOT be arrested for bad debt. There
is no debtors prison in this country anymore. I
was threatened like you were and ignored
them because I didn't know what else to do.
Their "action" was to call me constantly and
send some very threatening legal looking
letters. I am have been recieving these "legal"
letters for months now and they never do
anything. Ignore them.
