I was notified that a lawsuit was filed on 7/27. I have requested validation twice and never recieved anything. What is going to happen? Should I attend the hearing? Should I just ignore and wait for a judgement? Does filing chapter 13 protect me in this action? The account is about 4 years old and I haven't made any payments in about a year. Thanks for any advice
