In some states its illegal to call and harrass the work place. Check up in your state and if it is illegal inform them that it is against the law to call and harrass the work place, and you will press harrassment charges if they continue. Just make sure this is a law in your state, you can call a lawyer and ask his parilegal. They should be able to awnser this over the phone.
