I dont know what "Sarah" is talking about but you CANNOT be arrested if you do not pay a collector on their threat. You can only be forced to pay IF they receive a judgement by the courts and it is a much more civil process than some "detective" coming to your house "arm with atty letter in his mouth" and arresting you if you dont let them in.

If you dont pay the CA as they asked you to they can just keep hounding you until they either try to sue you or give up.

Sarah is either a troll, a small child or is talking about something else entirely.
