I never challenged them in court just at the NAF. I tried the letter refusing arbitration but the NAF went forward and appointed an arbitrator anyway. Even though I asked for proof of te amounts owed, they let W&A submit account statements without witnesses to confirm anything.

I tired negotiating a settlement but W&A claimed that they could only reduce the amount by 20% which they said was their attorney fees. I couldn't pay that much so the NAF happened.

I think their next step is to garnish but it hasn't happened yet.
