It's been three years since I have paid on two of my capital one credit cards. My husband settled his account with them very easily. I, on the other hand could not get them to take of the interest and fees they have included . The last letter from the collection agency said they were turning it back to Capital one. I worry that they will seek legal action against me. Does anyone have any experience with this company?
