CSC Credit phone # for REAL PERSON

From my understanding we have a right to a toll free number to speak to someone at a credit bureau (if we order a report directly from them). I live in Texas where Equifax subcontracts to CSC Credit. I can speak to Equifax all day long but they say they cant help me because they subcontracted to CSC credit. However, they can not give me a # for CSC where you can speaqk to a human being. Isnt that against the law? Does anyone have a CURRENT number (they change it every 30 days or so) for CSC where upon a human will answer?
