You shouldnt say "These guys also help make the rules of the court in which they practice". You as a debtor have a tremendous amount of laws protecting you and giving you rights. If you believe or have other believe that some sort of collusion exists between the courts and the CA's then you will lead many to not bother fighting for your rights.

Learn about the laws by reading alot and be informed with the facts.
