There's your problem - you haven't filed your exemptions and you need to do so ASAP !
You let them win a default judgment, now you have to deal with the consequences. You have exemptions available to you to protect your personal property and you MUST use them or they WILL take your stuff away in a truck - stuff they probably have NO RIGHT to take.

An unsecured debt from 1999 has a 6 year SOL, which won't expire until 2005.
