They tried to collect to collect on an old Discover card that the SOL had passed...they were pretty pissed when I sent WhyChat's SOL letter to them. I sent the letter certified, they did just stamp the letter though, I thought it may be better if you can get it to an actual person there and send it restricted certified so you get an actual signature.
