I paid my bill 2 years ago and it still shows

Hi All, I paid my bill to Sherman Aqusitions 2 years ago and to this date they have not reported it as paid to the 3 credit bureaus. I now need to refinance my house and this is thing is the only item keeping my credit in the "bad " column. Any suggestions?
