company A sold assets (Accounts receivable) to company B..$11,000 of assets are in collection. Company B tells collection company to remove acct 123 from collection...they do...company B gets an invoice for the 35% fee that may have been collected...company B refuses to pay...says its company A that has to pay since they put the account in collection and company A was paid in full for the A/R upon closing the sale. all replies welcom
