wondering if anyone has a aswer?..this doesnt really have to do with collections but could lead to it...if you were working as a truck driver for a company and rear ended someone and the courts found you innocent of any criminal charges because the accident was unavoidable.....well now the person has apparently filed a civil suit and is looking to sue for a disability .....the person was fine when we went to court almost a year ago!....what should i do?i have no assets i dont own anything
