Mike, Look at my other response..didn't want to repeat--BBB stuff.. I have talked to people who were successful at getting their cc debt discharged a few yeats ago but with the arbitration that now doesn't work. Their website addressed this issue.........hmmmm......do you know anything about settling with the banks urselves for a % less if you pay one lump sum?????
