i just received a letter from this company stating that they purchased a 16 yr old Bank of america card that my ex opened up (my name was on it but i never used it.) it was charged off in the middle of 1989 and over the years ive never heard 1 word about it. now this company is comming after me. should i ignore them? please some one give me some advice thanks
